A Legacy of Compassionate Care
Janice Ladd has worked with patients for 35 years at Franciscan Alliance Hospital, which she still refers to as St. Francis. Her experience spans multiple departments, including the Emergency Room, the Floors, Surgery Department, Patient Accounts, and Surgery Scheduling, which also involved scheduling for Indiana Internal Medicine Consultants (IIMC). During this time, she often had the opportunity to pray with patients who were scared. Additionally, Janice served as a Minister of Care, providing prayer and support to both patients and their families when needed. She also occasionally served at the Franciscan Hospice Facility, assisting patients in the final stages of life and supporting their families during the celebration of life. She considers this hospice work the greatest job she ever had, viewing it as a true honor to serve in such a meaningful capacity.
At Master Peace & Wellness, LLC, you'll work with Janice L. Ladd—a Professional Life Coach, and Biblical Counselor serving in a non-denominational church in Indianapolis. Janice received her training through Liberty/Light University and holds certifications from both the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA).
